CIRB - Blog 1

Last term we used a range of books as a starting point for our literacy and topic work.

One of our favourites was ‘The Gruffalo’. We made a life-sized model of the Gruffalo, retold the story, and found out about woodland creatures.

We even went on a Gruffalo trail at Wendover woods.

In September, we began a new year of horse riding. As well as learning how to ride, we groom the horses, make up their feed and hay bales and even do the mucking out. The horses are very friendly and we are getting very good at leading them around the stables.
