Year 2 enjoyed a very exciting trip to The Story Museum in Oxford on Thursday (their very first school trip).  

 

The children's favourite bits were exploring the Whispering Woods, where each tree had a different story to tell and The Enchanted Library, where they got to go through portals to enter different stories (stepping into a wardrobe, through some fur coats and into Narnia was magical!). We also had time to go for a walking story tour of Oxford - we were amazed by how many great authors the city has produced! 

 

We all had a wonderful day - thank you to all those involved in making it possible.
